Behind the Scenes – February 2026

Right at the moment, I feel like I’m in the middle of everything. I’m in the middle of writing a new book, which is why, if you ask me a question, I might look at you blankly. My mind is running at capacity. I’m also in the middle of teaching a class for Gotham Writers, titled Novel First Draft. It’s about helping my students make it to the end of the first draft of their novels. I’m also in the middle of February winter in New York and waiting for a new snowstorm to hit! Yikes. Fortunately, I have this lovely view to look out on. Stay safe everyone!
